Potential lies in every single one of us. We all have the potential to achieve more, be more, do more and have more! Its not that you can’t its just that you haven’t. Just like this light bulb, it cant shine at its brightest if the switch isn’t thrown. We know it can shine a light but we also know that if the switch isn’t turned on, it will always be dull or dead.
However throw the switch and it gets fed the power it needs to turn energy into light. Year after year after year, working with 1000’s of people right across the globe I see people go from living in the shadows to being the shining light of their organisation, their family, their friends, their team! Simply because they decided to Play a Bigger Game, they threw the switch.
Then slowly the power started to flow, the energy started to build, the results started to come, they started to grow, develop and flourish and let their light shine! You can too and you most definitely should.
