Every year I take on a limited number of one on one private mentoring clients.
If you’re on this page then that means you’re interested in finding out more about my private mentoring programs. Normally this would be where someone would “sell” you on the idea, but the reality is,
my private mentoring program is not suitable for everyone.
WHY? Well a couple of reasons. First we need to find out if we are a fit. The relationship needs to one of mutual interest (Playing a much BIGGER Game) and trust. The real reason most of my clients want to work with me is they are looking for clarity about the RIGHT next thing for them in their business or career. When we find that, they want to focus, execute and implement so they get outstanding results.
Basically, they want me to help them figure out exactly what to do next …….. and then help them do it.
You just can’t do that without high levels of trust.
Once you find the right next thing and make it happen, everything changes to a whole new level, revenues, influence, confidence, results…………. everything.

In order for me to really help you, we need to work together one on one for a year to maintain the focus and implementation. Once we find and implement your ONE thing, we find your next ONE thing and implement that, stacking one success on top of another.

We accomplish this by meeting face to face for half a day every quarter. We have a one hour momentum Skype call every month in between and you get unlimited access to me via email and phone for the entire 12 months.

We develop an action plane for making that a reality.
We build an implementation roadmap with critical milestones.
We explore ways to streamline and accelerate your progress.
Finally we agree on an accountability framework to ensure whats important, gets done
